The Platform allows users to search, view, and book sports turfs, facilities, and related services offered by third-party venue operators or service providers (“Service Providers”).

We act only as a booking facilitator. The Service Providers are solely responsible for:

• Availability of the facilities,
• Quality and maintenance of the turf/venue,
• Compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• All details provided during registration or booking are true, accurate, and up to date.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to confirmation by the Service Provider. Payments must be made using the approved payment methods available on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available before booking. Any payment disputes or chargebacks will result in suspension of your account until resolved. 5. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Not misuse the Platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purposes.
• Respect the rules and regulations of the booked venue.
• Accept that engaging in sports activities carries inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior consent.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without written permission.
• Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or defamatory content through the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and design, is the property of the Company and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in information provided by Service Providers. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during use of any booked facility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific booking made through the Platform.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the Platform or other users.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
